An Evening with Harsha Bhogle – 26th December 2018
Swami Army is very excited to present, An evening with Harsha Bhogle, the voice of Indian cricket, in a one night only exclusive event for our members and fans.
Harsha Bhogle started commentating at the age of 19 for All India Radio and has been a prominent figure in the media ever since. He became the first Indian commentator to be invited by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation during India’s cricket series before the 1992 Cricket World Cup. He has since worked for ABC Radio Grandstand during India’s Australian tours, and for eight years worked for the BBC as part of their commentary team in the 1996 and the 1999 Cricket World Cups.
As we approach yet another series in Australia, we are thrilled to give the opportunity to witness him in person, exclusively for the Swami Army members in support of a very important cause. All proceeds from this event will be donated to The Chappell Foundation to raise funds for front-line organisations who are working to provide refuge, nourishment and a better future for homeless youth.
